DISPATCH

The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.
Orders are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL.

DISPATCH COSTS

Dispatch costs are inclusive of legally applicable VAT. We charge shipping costs for deliveries to Germany and foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

DELIVERY PERIODS

Germany: 3 - 5 days
European Union: 7–10 days after the order confirmation
(in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
World: 2–4 weeks after the order confirmation
(in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation)

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Weltweit: 2-4 Wochen nach Auftragsbestätigung
